    This part of standard GB/T 20851 specifies the basic requirements of the physical payer and the technical requirements of downlink and uplink of dedicated short range communication (DSRC) used in electronic toll collection (ETC) systems.
    This part is applicable to ETC system for highway and electronic charging system for urban roads, and also can be refered for automatic vehicle identification(AVI), vehicle entry and exit management and other fields.
