This standard specifies the coverage, exclusions of liability, limit of indemnity and deductibles, policy period, insurance premium, obligations of the applicant and the insured, indemnity and dispute resolution of international freight forwarder liability insurance in international logistics liability insurance. This standard is applicable to the procurement of international freight forwarder liability insurance in international logistics liability insurance by small and mediumsized freight forwarder logistics companies operating mostly as agents who do not issue international freight forwarding transport documents in China.
